To properly maintain your equipment, our HVAC technicians will naturally perform a thorough inspection of your thermostat, furnace, water heater, ductwork, and condenser. This will ensure that any obvious maintenance needs are being met, but that any underlying or major issues are identified and fixed before you experience any surprise shutdowns or expensive cycling (when your system is constantly running due to wrong sizing or blockages that cause inefficient cooling or heating).
