- Must have EPA license
- Must have a clean DMV report
- Must have basic hand tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Be capable of climbing ladders and crawling into the attic and tight spaces
- Must have education/knowledge of heating and air conditioning equipment 1-5 tons
- Must be motivated self-disciplined and drive to work
- Must be able to interact with people in a kind and friendly way
